Custom Wedding Order Inquiry Form

Please complete the form below with your contact information, wedding details, scent preferences, and upload your logo or inspiration image.

All wedding favor and wedding party gift orders must be placed at least 1 month prior to your event date, with a $100 minimum order and deposit required to secure your production slot.

Once submitted, I will personally reach out to finalize quantities, scent selections, tin color (when applicable), decorative accents, and label design including custom logo creation if needed.

After all details are confirmed, you’ll receive a personalized invoice.

Production begins once payment is received, and you’ll receive confirmation of all design elements along with updates throughout the process. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
